It looks like the banker dudes are in a pot on the grand chessboard, Which means they are cooking something up.

We have the power to do this already, but the message gets filtered through the crap in our heads, so the message can get jarbled.Interesting interpretation. That message also gets filtered by the group of kvetching schemers represented in the painting through their mass media brainwashing and toxins in the water/food supply. Perhaps this man child is going to remove this glorified mafia network from power and free humankind from their influence. Perhaps TPTB had an "oh shit!" moment when they realized that they misread the actual prophesy...and in actuality, his return = their removal. And after the shepherd leaves the wolves again glut themselves on the flock. Not really a good far reaching plan. what if the shepherd doesn't leave?
