Hmmm. If the pentagon would allow them to make non-lethal copies of it, you could use it for delivering packages and as a messenger service in SF, LA and NYC! Wonder if you could teach it to stand up in the elevator and push the floor buttons? (And of course cloth it in soft artificial fur so it looks like a large loving pussycat? No use scaring the shit out of everyone on the streets.) But also give it some basic self-defense capabilities in case some gang-bangers tried to bother it or rob it. Maybe a built-in Taser or two and the ability to grow spines as sharp as hypodermic needles on demand? That should stop anyone attempting to pick it up and harm it.

Cool it can run really fast in a straight line. Seems like if they wanted it to move fast they should just put wheels on it. Also, make sure not to tell the criminals running from it to turn in any direction or jump a fence and it should work great. You aren't going to see anything like this chasing down baddies anytime soon.
