The next Jupiter Season?
While Jupiter will emerge from the morning twilight once again in August, marking a new observing season for its natural radio emissions, in late May several RJ observers recorded weak Jovian decametric emissions. Does this foretell the possibility of catching more Jupiter radio storms before August?
Since your RJ radiotelescope is great for observing Solar radio bursts, so keep your receiver fired up, and you may catch some rare early Jupiter.
The upcoming Jupiter observing season is expected to run through March of 2013.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 9231012 Are they trying to say Jupiter is going all of a sudden zoom-in on earth to appear big, like a second sun? And we should be OK with that like this is normal?
