The Unions were pissed that the DNC Convention was held in the

The Democrats are trying to put on a happy face.

But they know the speech sucked and Obama is toast in November.

I for one can't wait till this circus is over and things return to some semblance of normal.

The polarization in your country over two sides of the same coin are really annoying.

The rest of the world wants you to pull your shit together and get it right and neither of your choices seems to point in that direction.

That does not bode well for the world.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1442220

This isn't "two sides of the same coin". this is literally about the future of this nation.

Obama is an OPEN COMMUNIST, and an OPENLY CORRUPT one, at that.

Romney is definitely NOT a communist, and has a record of bid successes, at big things.

Obama has a record now, and it is not a good one. He's been speechifying for over four years.

There's Obama fatigue now.

Romney doesn't have to be an epic speaker because that's not where you can win against Obama. You win on sincerity.
 Quoting: PravdaDemocrat

Uh, yes it is, opposing views to divide and conquer the people.

For the average joe or for the rich. Take your pick.

If you are part of the 1% go for Romney, that's what he represents. If you are part of the rest you will benefit more from BO.

The choice my friends is yours, choose wisely, the world is watching.

Yes! Sincerity. Also fair play (note Romney's campaign is going out of their way to say something nice about Obama and the DNC convention). Plus it doesn't hurt to have a businessman's background in times of economic trouble. If it were war time that might be different -- and God knows Obama might be planning a false flag to start one, any day now -- but absent that Romney's "bean counter" personality is way more appealing and comforting right now than the rabble-rouser messiah.

Especially for all those preppers out there expecting a race war to erupt any moment. I tell ya,I'm dubious that this convention is going to give a bounce.

Do I think his defeat is certain? NO...

But then I still have between Now and November to hold my breath, fight, and pray for America's future.

OTOH, maybe it is my acceptance of the surreal -— the profound silence that descends when one accepts the fact that half the country has literally lost its mind, and thus, its ability to reason.

And yeah, they know -- deep down where they'll never admit

one more lying politician willing to exploit their misplaced enthusiasm.

Some volunteers will fall for it, but not like in 2008 and not enough
to overcome the independents who will not support Obama this
time around.

Obama supporters are wasting their time by working in his
campaign. Let them.
It'll be a good lesson to their naivety
when they realize the futility of supporting the King of Fools.

Ha ha, Krauthammer's a fucking moran.

Tonight's speech was EXACTLY THE SAME ONE Obama gave in 2004, and Krauthammer doesn't even realize it.

Lordy how our once-great media have fallen...

And THIS was in the SMALLER auditorium they couldn't fill up!
 Quoting: Miggy

Re: Obama DNC speech...let the comments begin!
.

There were a lot of Liberals who were quite pissed at the change
in the Dem platform about God and Israel, and how it was rammed
through without a two-third majority approving it.

The Unions were pissed that the DNC Convention was held in the
state which is least-friendly to Unions.

Others Dems were pissed that the DNC went to a smaller venue,
and left out many of the hardest-working campaign volunteers
who really and truly wanted to see the president speak, regardless
of how empty the words were read off the teleprompter.

The Democrats are trying to put on a happy face.

But they know the speech sucked and Obama is toast in November.

.

Twitter is just killing this failure of a speech.
Empty speech, Empty suit, Empty chair, running against strawmem, etc.

CNN's Panel of North Carolina Independent voters didn't like the speech, AT ALL...

.

Obama is nothing without his army of volunteers.

And yeah, they know -- deep down where they'll never admit
publicly
-- that Obama's words are lies and he's nothing more than
one more lying politician willing to exploit their misplaced enthusiasm.

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1442220

Keep swallowing that MSNBC koolaid, K?

WHO DO THE 1% Support with their money? BARACK OBAMA, you dumbass. Fools like you are just useful idiots to be used as sheep for the slaughter.

The ONLY hope left for the average Joe in America now is MITT ROMNEY. The choice could not be clearer.

DO YOU WANT FOODSTAMPS, and a life of misery as a slave to Government, and it's corrupted wonks?

OR DO YOU WANT A JOB, and a future?

The country will benefit from getting Obummer out of office before he sells us out to the Russians. He was already caught on an open mike saying he'll have more "flexibility after the election". He's a commie and a traitor.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 11728509

You have already sold out to the Chinese, how much worse can it get.

Been to a store lately?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1442220

Yes I have and grocery prices have gone up by almost 50% since he took office, not to mention the price of gas. I live alone and do all the shopping so I'm acutely aware how much prices have increased.

And if he gets another term things will only get worse. Romney is just another politician but he has a background in business and is what we need to get things straightened out.

If it were war time that might be different -- and God knows Obama might be planning a false flag to start one, any day now --
 Quoting: hcc

I believe that if it looks like he's going to lose the election he'll pull some kind of false flag OP in order to declare martial law so he can suspend elections indefinitely and stay in office.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 11728509

There is NO good outcome from this election!!!!!!

If Romney wins, Obama supporters will say the election was rigged and will take to the streets.

If Barry wins, the patriots will call for revolution and take to the streets.

No matter what the election results are (If there is an election) November will be a turning point in America's history!

 Quoting: hugs1111

Hey dummy, he's not helping those people if he gets the country so far into debt that the monetary system collapses. HE is driving social security to ruin, so tell me how that's going to help the elderly?
 Quoting: hcc

hey buddy,

name calling is not helping your case...

end the wars, take care of the elderly..along with everything else as wars cost trillions.
