OP, I honor you as the infinite soul that you are, and your right to choose your own truths and belief systems - but when you title a thread with "The History of Mankind" and base it on a religious mythos (and one of the newest ones at that), you must be expecting much of the back-lash you are getting in this thread?

This sort of 'my religion is right and everyone else is wrong" mentality, regardless of historical data or not, serves only to further the experience of separation.

If you were truly interested in discussing the history of mankind (from mankind's perspective based on religion), you might have included ALL the religious mythos to find commonality, rather than discarding all except the one you choose to believe.

In honesty, this topic should read "The History of Mankind - Condensed for Beginners - from a Christian Perspective" -
