Without question! I moved out here in '82 to a small mountainside house that I paid off in '02. Oh yes, guess who all the assholes are out here in the big shacks? The financial boys, and they got hit hard in '08 but this is much worse. Big craphouses forclosing in growing numbers. Must suck to be them.

Yes and yes and Bethlehem Township and Union Township. A lot are quietly being done, some without signage, but I know a tax collector so my info is top shelf.

Just found out yesterday about a big boy in a $1m brick monster that booked in the middle of the night leaving all sorts of food and personals behind including the 20 seat home theater.

Had a Bergen County sheriff ask me for directions recently and he said he spends every day, 5 days a week out here delivering bad new financial doom to these folk. The lawyers are having a field day - there is no depression for the legal beagles they are raking it in!

I do not want to come off as sounding happy about any of this . I feel bad for these folks, especially the children, but I am not even in the financial business and I saw this coming in '04. I thank God for giving me that much warning which allowed us to batten down the hatches just in time.

- The monthly unemployment rate is not a head count of those collecting unemployment benefits.

- When someone's unemployment benefits run out, it doesn't mean that they are no longer counted as unemployed.

- The monthly unemployment rate is the result of a monthly poll called the Current Population Survey.

I can still remember when 31 was a two lane hwy and you could actually travel 78 during rush hour. Now its a zoo out there..

Yes Morris is the real big money boys, we've got the neuva-riche they are first to feel the pain and the cuts, Short Hills, Chatham, Milburn, these guys are the ones who are raking in all the cash these days, the 1%ers, they will never go broke.

We bought our place when 78 ended in the Watchung Reservation and you had to go through Summit to get to the city. That's why it was affordable.
