How big of a signal for war is this?

I imagine the strike would take place during a New Moon phase as to avoid detection from moonlight reflecting off the planes or help hide troops on the ground. New Moon periods in the coming months (where moonlight will be non-existent other than near sunrise and sunset): Sept 13th - Sept 18th Oct 13th - Oct 17th Nov 12th - Nov 15th Those are all ideal targets for the most effective possible strike while trying to reduce the number of Israeli pilot casualties. With the upcoming US election, would you think a strike during the sept 13th-18th period or OCt 13th- 17th would be ideal then ?
