Somebody HAD to see that. We've been here for 12 yrs. We have seen some really strange stuff. This was large and reddish colored. Really thought a plane was on fire, but it just appeared to be still in the sky and then moved toward Sky Harbor Airport! Never have seen anything like this in my life!

There was no tail. Just a large red ball. I've seen green meteors made up of copper. This was different! Somebody had to see this!

I live here and it sucks I wasn't outside to see it. But I'm sleepy. Took me a melatonin. Smoked a camel menthol earlier.

Yeah, really frustrating. I've been on this site for years and never posted. But this was really weird. We could hear this low rumble. I really don't know what it was. Checked our news and of course nothing. I really hope somebody else saw this thing!

well after the thread last night on the Meteor that came in, I can tell you that - no. Doesn't give location.

So, I'm in Phoenix, reading GLP looking for interesting phenomenon and the action is outside in the sky and I miss it. Classic.

No, and its live so unless you save a screen shot you lose the info you were trying to convey. I put it up b/c I looked at it a little bit ago, possibly right when you noticed the fireball. I don't know if they archive the data either. Also, I read on the meteor thread updates that the anomaly last night has been explained supposedly. (Radio frequencies lifting off in Europe, happens several times a year)

OP, you're not crazy. Last night my gf and I saw exactly what you saw. Red object moving quite slowly, not flashing and saw a plane nearby at the same time so not a plane.
Parked the car and looked for it again and t was gone. Strange...

Exactly this and moving slowly. Then gone!

Yeah...know I'm not crazy. It's really bugging us. My husband is not a conspiracy guy. He was grabbing the phone to call the police just to report it. We were really freaked out! It was large, red and weird!

I've seen so many weird things in the sky in Phx; i used to work at a place that had a total view of the city from Surprise to Tempe---orange orbs; plasma like similar to a lava lamp...each 'ball' almost looked like 3 orbs in one...had seen them at least 3 dozen times. Everyone I worked with tripped out after I pointed them out, most people didn't even bother to look in the sky though.

Used to look at them through the telescope too; they would disappear and reappear, disappear--reappear IN DIFFERENT PLACES MILES APPART.

Once saw a red light I seemed to 'skip' across the sky--not fly level but on a steady wave.

Just my luck. I was watching tv when all this was going on. I wish I had seen it. I did hear a boom sound that made me wonder if it was thunder, a plane or something weird. I'll keep you posted if I see anything.
