I'm sure Brazil has it's opportunities, but I disagree with this statement in regards to Canada.
People here pretend to hate Americans and then befriend them when they actually meet one.

Nevertheless, as someone born in the US, who moved to Canada, I was treated badly, and couldn't figure out why
then someone who I didn't even know, told me all the things the people I thought were friends were saying about me, behind my back
mostly, attacking me for being american
thats when I realized, Canadians can be nice to your face, assholes behind your back, and YES, they are anti american
I got permanent residency based on my educastion (masters) and skill set, and I ended up moving back to the US, where there are many more high paying jobs in my field
turns out, in Canada, the jobs were "unlisted", and I would have to work through the "hidden" job market where 80% of the jobs are listed
