We Mediterraneans are also outdated. We belonged to an earlier era. We created the basis of all the progress you see nowadays(or maybe we were given the foundations by an even earlier race?). Regardless of this, our time passed, we're living relics. Our attributes are not of any use in this world of increasing technological advances. Our poetic and philosophical natures can't get us ahead in a world were man becomes every day closer to fusing with the machines.
