I am very interested in nutrition and health. You have mentioned the sprouted hemp seed on a few occasions to be a super food. Can you suggest other alternate foods or minerals/vitamins for example that will assist our surface bodies to have a robust immune system to beable to ward off any germ, pathogen and or virus?
