Another point you've ignored in the past: IF the rotation were due to some mythical extra Earth tilt (of which there is no evidence) then ALL on Earth should see the same rotation. Instead, it is an APPARENT rotation that depends primarily on location. An observer in the US right now will see the third quarter Moon apparently rotated to the right and setting but someone on the other side of the world will see it rising and rotated to the left. Only possible with the well known phenomena of field rotation.
