Re: 28 yrs and I still live at home with my parents... Unemployed for 2 yrs.
Wow this feral cat fixing business is throwing me for a loop.... What's going on with all these cats? Are you trapping them? Do they live on your property???
 Quoting: ANHEDONIC

It all started last year when I fed 1 starving feral cat. It brought its feral friends and it had kittens and some others had kittens. I wanted to get them fixed last year when I only had 4 but my mom wouldnt let me. My mistake was even mentioning it to her. I should have just gone and done it last year.

After 2 feral kittens got ran over, it took me into a state of depression and I just said fuck it... Im going to get these cats fixed no matter what the cost is.

I built a cat drop trap and my mom really yelled and went nuts and started chewing my ass verbally... Thats when I knew I had to do it under her radar and from now on, Im not even going to tell her my plans or anything. Im just going to do it. Its not like Im partying or going out everyday coming home late. Get this, I havent hung out with anyone in 2-3 years...

You are a good person for thinking about the welfare of those cats, especially with the situation you are in. It will all work out for you, when the time is right you will leave. Good luck and bless you for caring about those cats :)

Re: 28 yrs and I still live at home with my parents... Unemployed for 2 yrs.
maybe if there were more people like me- the world wouldnt be so furked up...

and if there were a few less people like you and the op... then it definitely would be a better place...
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 23386596

It`s actually the other way arround. The more people reject the system, the better the place gets. Because the system is rotten to its core.

Now that you made it out of the mill, you should pause for a moment to think about this. Even if that means that you possibly endanger the worth of your past success within the system. That`s the hardest part. To admit being fooled.

And don`t be so proud of what you have achieved. In fact, there are hundreds of thousands of people out there who worked harder, and were smarter, and failed nevertheless. You could have gone broke all the way. This random, unfair distributed "success", is part of the system. It keeps the sheep believing in fairness, and them continuing longing for the stars.
And their delusional misbelief is feed by the Ego of people like you, who point to what they acchieved and state that everyone could too.

But that`s an illusion.

It appears the diff b/w you and OP is the op never "matured" - arrested development, apparently, and cannot set BOUNDARIES W/his mom, so she still can tell him what to do/not do like a little kid.

OP, GROW UP!!! If you are unhappy with your life, either MOVE OUT, or tell your mom you are old enough to do what you want, or stfu and suck it up.

I am 43. I have a long story of bad luck.

I was also smoking cannabis heavily until about a week or so before the attack.

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 23393894

I cut out all the unimportant shitte for you-

I think I have left all the important parts of your post intact however...
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 23386596

I pray every day not to be attached to cannibas. But I still end up smoking it. It calms me down when I have anxiety. It also quells suicidal thoughts. I know that its a pleasure and should be avoided. But I have little self control when it comes to cannibas.

Cannabis also helps me to focus and meditate. I have learned a lot through cannibas and chanting and meditating. Seen that this society is not being told the truth on many matters, such as UFOs.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 23393894

I am currently on german welfare with an apartment. I get 350 euros per month. It´s very little with a cannibas habit. I pray for the strength to break this habit. But it keeps me sane.
Jobs are hard to come by over here. I went to the soup kitchen the other day to volunteer but to no avail.

I have little hope mostly for the future. Some days are a bit brighter but mostly its just a grey fog.

I am labled as a paraniod schizophrenic in main stream society because of the irrational acts I did as a result of these psychic attacks.

I feel an outcast in society.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 23393894

I feel for you- really
I have seen mull screw up two of my best friends lives- its not an answer but the problem!!

like(so you dont think I am a `anti everything'- I use it myself- occasionally!!)

but it doesnt keep you `sane'

but if you `have' to use it everyday- then you need help

much like the guy that drinks everyday- but `isnt an alcoholic'...

`right...'

If you can turn around and say- no problem- I wont have any for the next month... and actually do that

if you cant- then its a problem in your life...

I'm 28 yrs old and I still live at home with my parents. Ive never been on my own. I've been unemployed for 2 years now and I just think its funny and sad how my parents wont let me spend a dime of my own money to get 15 feral cats fixed so I had to be sneaky and do it under their radar lol I think about other ppl my age who live at home and some of the sneaky things they do is bring girls over to bang while their parents aren't home, but me.... when my parents are away I trap cats and take them to the vet to get them fixed. I have 3 more cats to go. Its been a stressful process trying to keep it under their radar but I know what would happen after another year goes by if I don't get these cats fixed... there will be more cats. I have 22 grand saved up and its sad how I can't even spend my money the way I want too and I have to sneak around to do this. Its worth it though. I decided to act on it after two kittens got ran over. Just wanted to share this with y'all.

Just the feral cats that come to my parents property. It all started with 1 starving cat then it turned into 15 within a year. It will be 40 something by next year if I don't do anything about it. They are much calmer and the Tom cats no longer fight. They still have their hunting instincts because I've seen them hunt crickets and rats.

I hope you are not collecting unemployment. What is wrong with you? Get a job, get a life and get out of Mommy's basement. Obviously they won't cut the cord so it is up to you.

I don't even know what to say about your cat fixing obsession other then you sound creepy. That is correct you are weird. You didn't say you are associated with a shelter or volunteer with professionals, you seem to do this on your own. Therefore IMO you seem to be leaving out some information. Never received unemployment in my life. Like I said, it all started with helping 1 starving feral cat and then it brought its friends and then they started to have kittens. I don't fix random cats off the streets. Just the ones I've been feeding on my parents property. An organization helped me trap 6 cats in one day to get them fixed just as long as I paid for the surgery. I trapped the rest myself and I have 3 more to go.

Why don't you neuter the cats yourself?

It isn't that hard. Pour some whiskey in a bowl, let the cats drink it until they pass out, and then get a sharp knife and cut out their balls.

Oh yeah, and make sure you have the barbeque pit going in the backyard. After you finish doing the deed, grab one of those red hot coals and cauterize the wound so it will stop bleeding.

Done. You just saved yourself a huge vet bill.

Yes, your right. The current elected officials in the White House are criminals. They don't obey the Constitution and are purposely beating down American businesses to crash the dollar with the intent to institute a socialist regime.

These Corporate hoods you speak of, are the very ones that "hire" people to work and drive the American capitolist economy.

. . . itis far worse than you know:

when i tell you to get yourself a pride of kitties, you better do it yesterday. Wehave many threats of Black Plague, and i believe these homicidal maniacs are going to do it.

The reason why itwas called "Black Plague" is because the Bubonic/Pneumonic Plague is hemorrhagic (so is Anthrax, which hits in the driest part of Fall). The Black Plague can hit any time. People with the intestinal Plague would vomit black fluid, which is digested blood. If/when the Plague gets into the lungs thereis little hope of survival; same with Anthrax.

When the sht hits the fan and there is no more money left, the first thing Govt. will do is to stop trash collection. Then come the rats and mice, then the fleas, then the filth, then the fleas become infected with the Black Plague. The fleas jump off dead carcasses of rats and hop on anything that walks by . . . you know the rest.

If a nice-size pride of feral kitties are in the neighborhood as a rule, the rats donot stand a chance, thus no infected fleas to begin with.

The thing that no one knows is that rat poison willnot effect a real, genuine infestation of rats. The only thing that can control that is the kitty cat pride and her babies . . . I have seen this . . . Once . . . and iwill never forget it. It was a horror film gone real. I can still see it in my mind’s eye . . . as if iam looking at it right now. It is terrifying to say the least.

This is no fantasy:

you have 20 grand in savings- you are bitching about how mean your parents are that they wont let you do what you want- in their house... and you are probably halfway through your life (you are close to 30's and most modern basement dwellers have heart attacks before their 50's- so you are probably closer to death than living...)

and you dont want to move out before you get another 100 years (at least) of `savings'...)

pathetic is the most `pleasant' term I can use to describe you...
