Quoting: DUCM900 This is from an article: 'Earth's Clouds Are Getting Lower, Which Could Be a Good Thing' The future is cloudy Earth’s clouds are sinking lower in the sky, with fewer clouds at high altitudes and lower cloudtops in general, says a new analysis of satellite data. The coming fog means that Earth will cool down more efficiently — so the lowering of clouds could slow the effects of global warming. This potential negative feedback loop is evident in about 10 years of satellite data, so not much at all in the grand scheme of climate research. But it’s a hint that something interesting is happening, according to Roger Davies, the lead researcher on a new paper based on findings from NASA’s Terra spacecraft. Full article here: [link to www.popsci.com] Apparently it slows down global warming, but I'm not a believer of that so it really doesn't matter. |

nah User ID: 14317600 United States 09/08/2012 06:09 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I actually noticed this a couple days ago while I was driving, the clouds just seemed lower. Is this because of HAARP messing with the ionosphere? When you find a piece of shit along side the road and you poke it with a stick, what do you expect to find inside of it, gold? No, it's just going to stink more. |

Actually, it's supposed to cool down in the near future due to cold PDO and possible soon to be cold AMO PLUS very weak solar activity in the next cycle. |

Herman The Kid User ID: 16577681 United States 09/08/2012 08:24 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I'm not a nut and I've noticed this for over a year. I flew Cessna 172's a decade ago and to get your pilot's license, you have to study clouds and weather, etc. I've been saying to my wife for months that clouds "are lower than I've ever seen them-routinely." She has noticed it, too, since I brought it to her attention. I think it's HAARP/chemtrails due to the crap that pushes the ionosphere higher to make it work. You m-m-m-muh-make me HAAA-PEEE. Psalm 34:14 - Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it. Romans 5:8 - But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 23395109 Australia 09/08/2012 08:26 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | ice melting , more moisture in the air means thicker lower clouds, notice how rain clouds always float lower in the sky ? . I learned from a young age to tell rain clouds apart from normal ones , being from the country it comes in handy to be able to predict the weather in advance. |
