I'm over 60 and I'd pour my drink on the floor before letting those bastard or bastardettes touch my drink. This has never been about "our safety" but about getting control over every aspect of our lives. GWB gave the Reichstag speech right after 911, gave us the Department of Fatherland Security, and this is just the SS of the US taking over.   Well said. I believe DHS = SS but I get it and appreciate it.
