Simple exercise...

Go to library, find a book or magazine that someone has recently read.
Pick up the material, hold it in your hands. Try to feel the energy of the people before you. You need to be in a state of receptivity. It is possible that you will not feel the exact impression of the people before you, however you will probably feel a feeling of well- being or discomfort. This is vibroturgy. The purpose is to get an impression of a face, odor, scene or voice. This is not your imagination. If you cannot go to library get something from your house that has been in contact with various people.
