Judge Reid in Indiana granted Taitz motion for removal of Obama from the ballot.

Attorney Orly Taitz will be challenging Obama in two states in two days: September 24 MS and September 26 in IN. Other states to follow at later dates.

Re: Question: If Obama lost the election, and an Event occurred preventing Romney to be sworn in, then what?
If Romney is elected and fails to be able to be sworn in, such as, he died, is in a comma or kidnapped, the Vice President is then sworn in.

If the Vice President is incapacitated, then the Chief of Staff will take over as Acting President for the few minutes/hours until the Senate can elect a new President, which would be almost immediate.

Those who drafted the Constitution, however, assumed that if FOUR Presidents were sworn-in and died in office in A SINGLE TERM, the Revolution is automatically ASSUMED to have failed and the armies of the USA are ASSUMED to have failed to triumph against the British troops.

In this unlikely situation of FOUR PResidents being sworn-in during a SINGLE TERM and then died, then, under US Constitutional Law, the Republic AUTOMATICALLY REVERTS, and the states of the USA legally become British colonies under the Governance of the British Government in London, England.

The colsest to a winding up of the Republic under the "FOUR" rule was in 1975 when two assassination attempts were made on Gerald Ford who had succeed Nixon after his resignation.

Had Ford died, Nelson Rockerfeller would have become President. Had he also died ro resigned, and his successors died, the Republic would have automatically terminated.
