As a result, The Isles homeowners association passed an amendment barring Section 8 tenants. The landlord is fighting the provision, claiming itÕs discriminatory. ...Handout photo provided by: Courtesy - Broward Property Appraiser (Sun Sentinel / August 8, 2012)" Finally a good value-add from the HOA. We worked our regular jobs and all of the overtime we could get. We took odd jobs on the weekends to pay for extra things for our children. Nobody ever gave us a single thing. We didn't ask and they didn't offer. This crap of taking from working people to give to able bodied people who simply REFUSE to work is WRONG and needs to be stopped. There needs to be accountability. This is the reason we have 75% of black kids born out of wedlock. These black kids being born have no morals, no respect and zero guidance. They have no accountability, and are held to no standard. Instead of raising the bar and encouraging them to excel, the bar is lowered, and kids who want to do better are denied by this disgusting practice. TPTB have already destroyed America, but just like the fast moving train, it will take a little while to see the end or caboose. Just because YOU don’t believe in the Rougarou; or the Loup Garou, don’t make you safe; No ! Wow, they bought that house for $13,000 the article said that the 13K was just to satisfy the HOA and that the bank can still stick it to him on the default. You bring up a great business adventure that people have been raping for about 5 years, now. "Buy" property from HOA Foreclosures and rent it until the bank/lending institution holding the mortgage repossesses it. In Florida, the average time is over 4 years. It's a risk but not really. All you are purchasing is the right to possess the property, subject of course to the right of the mortgagee. With the amount of money it costs banks to keep up foreclosed homes, it's no wonder it takes over 4 years per house. Think about the rent you could make and if the property gets destroyed, torn up or too much of a pain, you can walk away with no strings. Most instances require renting the property for less than a year before you are at profit. You m-m-m-muh-make me HAAA-PEEE. Psalm 34:14 - Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it. Romans 5:8 - But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. |
