Paid for my house outright .. remodled it top to bottom from the mold issue .. and now don't have the 25k because apparently my septic isn't big enough for my family size .. and a new septic wont even fit in the area reserved .. awesome .. I am going to quit the American nightmare about now ..

The septic system requirements changed after I lived in the same home twenty years. Therefore, size kind and price skyrocketed when my old system failed. Not complaining, just never know when the game plan is changed.
