A nice story, but 100% fictional.

Freemasonry came from the medieval stone mason guilds ~1300AD of England where in order to protect their profession they kept strict codes of secrecy. Under the veil of this secrecy their topics of interest begin to grow beyond just the secrets of architecture into politics and religion. These guilds began letting other people in to talk about these topics, which were under secrecy because masons usually supported representative government and freedom of speech/religion, which was a threat against monarchies.

In 1717 the two biggest branches of freemasonry at that time merged and became what we know of today as freemasonry through the United Grand Lodge of England. All legitimate and regular lodges can trace their origins to the UGLE. Masons today are devoted to those same founding principles as well as charity and making their communities better.

Well I have heard that it's history is a 'need to know' system, maybe you are not as far into the information loop as you might like to think?

Maybe I'm right, maybe I'm wrong.

Your account sounds right, but it is very stock standard. You give no input into the concepts I have mentioned, as to why the American founding fathers were obviously Freemason, yet Freemasonry has undoubtedly a bad name.

The Illuminati have a saying about history, that it is written by the victors, victors like the Bush's & The Royal Family.

The French revolution was also Illuminati inspired at the same time as the American Revolution, Thomas Jefferson was an Illuminatus.

How does it feel Mr. Freemasonry? I might know about your order than you do? I trust my sources implicitly.

You haven't heard that its on a "need to know" from any real mason. Its quite public. See thats the thing about non-masons, you imagine there is some grand hierarchy in Freemasonry and there isn't. Its designed 100% to be the opposite.

The Illuminati isn't real, unless you mean the Bavarian Illuminati, which was dispatched by the Bavarian government.

Conspiracy theorists often imagine they know more about Freemasonry than freemasons, which is hilarious if you think about it. But thats why your a conspiracy theorist - you are gullible and will believe anything as long as you think you have some sort of access to knowledge that the rest of us don't Your sources are bullshit.
