I agree with this totally. I've lived with more than a fair share of ghosts. The last one was a little girl and she would sing randomly. I told her (firmly)to stop and she did.
I did try WHITE sage, but that seemed to upset her and other spirits that were pleasant. I would have a professional "ghost buster" come in and do that.
