I've been healthy my whole life, but not even a cold that I can remember. I don't sleep enough, I do exercise, I eat well, not much meat, and probably too much junk food as well. Interesting thought ... |

Which is interesting to think about, since I've been wired since August last year and usually share some form of smoking pipe with 1-5 other people most every day. As a teen, I would average 2 or 3 colds per year. Call me ignorant, but I'd attribute my steadfast gait throughout the past hectic year I've led to all the intermittent fasting that comes with going up and down. |

It took 8 years to convince my wife that I am not a nut. The downside to this is everyone who knows me, knows I don't get sick, but most people still scoff at me. I know a lot of sheeple.... |

It was then that I started taking 10,000 IU of D3 from Sept. 21 to June 21 ( I live in N.E. Ohio ). I haven't been sick since, not so much as a sniffle. Prior to that I would get a cold, some bad some not so bad, every fall. I don't think I have ever had the flu. |
