Re: phew! I reek of garlic!
Use some sort of stainless steel (it neutralizes the odor) or baking soda and a bit of water and lemon juice. These are my tips! Good luck!

I think tight fitting rubber gloves with rubber bands around the wrists to keep the smell in will work. :)

Yes, stainless steel, rub a spoon over your hands. What did you make? I just did a bunch of pesto. Yum, I love garlic.

If you go out into the world of stores and people don't be surprised because if I am there I am immediately going to say, what smells like a dead fish?

ground-up coffee, rub your hands in it. A whole coffee bean as a lozenge freshens the breath.
Now just why in the HELL do I have to press "one" for English?

Politicians should always have their head in a noose,it keeps them upright and on their toes.

There may come a time when the only thing left to do is say "Fuck it!", draw your weapon, and see what happens.

Boil a pan of bleach, add a tablespoon of washing powder, a teaspoon of baking soda, half a cup of vinegar and submerge your hands in it for 3 minutes, whilst its still bubbling.

...then simply replace your fingers with sausages...
