Have a son of 9 who had his MMR shots separate , he suffered no ill effects , we visited the nurse for his pre-school check up and she went to administer a pre-school MMR cocktail , I refused and she said he NEEDS it or he will be ill.....yeah what ever!!! he was very very poorly as a tot , febrile convulsions which I attribute to teething , he would get a terrible elevated temperature then fit.....he had 2 ops for hernias , one on each side.....I only fed him organic food and he thrived , he now is a "normal" kid , although he wears hearing aids but thats a genetic disability. We all have to make what we think is the right decision with our kids.
