Biden has served as Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and Vice President of the US while Romney-Ryan have zero foreign policy experience. Joe is a smart cookie and if you don't believe it just read a couple of the columns he's written on international affairs. All Ryan can do is try to defend his ridiculous Ayn Randian budget which is basically indefensible once you take a close look at it.
