It was only yesterday that It was a complete shock to me when my room mate (who i only knew for 8 months) declared that he loved me and then tried to kiss me. I struggled to get him off my face and fought him off until I kicked him in the groin.

And today, That cock sucker is now telling everyone I'm anti homo and I got dozens of hateful comments on my Facebook already!

I fear he'll file anti homo charges against me, and the fucking  courts would love that.

Shit....I'm actually scared to go to jail....

What the fuck am I supposed to do now??

This all happened so fast and now I'm in deep shit.

My life is fucking ruined...

Is homophobia a crime?
Is it even a real condition?
I never met anyone who was afraid of a fag...They fight like girls.
It is self defense OP. It has been upheld in court more than a few times.
If he files some sort of hate crime charge against you, return the favor by filing sexual assault charges against him....Actually, if I was you, I would file charges immediately. Throw in slander and defamation while you're at it.
