Dog acting weird...anyone else?
My 3 year old this month chocolate lab/pointer mix has been acting very strange the last few days. Shes been wandering around the house acting for lack of a better term "nervous". If me, the wife, or kids go to leave the house she acts almost panicky, as if she doesnt want us to leave. If one of us does leave, she sits in our bay window watching the driveway until they come back home. Shes always been protective but not like this...anybody elses dog been acting quirky?

That's crazy, OP. I can't say much for any dogs I know, but I will say that I have been super anxious these past two days. Especially right now. I don't know why. I can't sit still and am really tense. It's different than my usual anxiety issues. I don't feel right, you know?

my dog's been acting weird for the last month. Anxious, nervous, heck one night I had to sleep on the floor with her cuz I didn't know what was wrong and was afraid I might have to take her to ER vet. I don't know. Other times she just fine. Freaky stuff going on though.

Back on Sept. 10th 2001, my father was sitting outside and said to me "something big is going to happen, it's in the air." I said what are you talking about? Something here at the house? He said "no, in the world. Can't you feel it?"
Really unlike him to do that.

My father has dementia now, and for the last week he keeps coming downstairs and saying "Something big is going on. Have you checked the news? Things don't seem right." He also has no calendar and is not aware of the anniversary of Sept. 11th at all.

I'm in New York and my dog did EXACTLY the same thing about a month ago, and on and off since. Yeah, picture me telling the vet this. He didn't understand, thought I just wanted to come in and give him more money.

I have been feeling that way ever since Tongariro woke up here in New Zealand after a century of being asleep. It was only a small eruption but ever since I have not been feeling right....

Its like knowing that something big is coming...but not knowing when but just knowing it could be any second and its COMING...soon....

I am not normally ANYTHING like this....I have also been feeling earth movements...but the last two days- they have stopped....i was feeling them all the time.....but now it is silence.....and its like expecting someone to jump up and say BOO!....I just KNOW something big is gonna happen...

To the whole world.

I'm in SE Florida tonight but last night was in Eureka Springs, Arkansas and my sister's dog was up all night, crying, pacing, panting and very unsettled. Bizarre behavior for the little guy. Several times I felt a tremor under the house, didn't see any earthquakes registered though. The dog was reacting to something!
