I'll let you know if it works I'll start now One love one race Peace and love all x Quoting: Gezel 1959077 good place to start, yeah. also eating food that builds kidney qi...like beets, blueberries, etc. think 'red/purple' foods. it is winter (basically) so root vegetables and grains are in order. i drink the unsweetened cran juice, it's tart but sugars, especially HFCS, are detrimental in the kidney department. it sounds like you have internal heat, which causes thirst. cut back on or eliminate spicy, fried, greasy/oily, caffeine, alcohol, processed foods, etc. also meds can cause liver stagnation. here's some info on that: [ link to www.sacredlotus.com] [ link to tlc.howstuffworks.com] hope it helps. we have so many pollutants and toxins in our environment, staying healthy is a full time job. i have the dilemma many of us have...we see the chems being laid down and don't want to go breathe that shit, but, staying indoors and not getting exercise is just as bad if not worse. diet and exercise are super important...and we have to factor in the toxins, and add things to our life that help us cleanse and keep them at bay.
