But in the article its says whites are not 74% but 70% of drug users. USERS! NOT SELLERS! They only speak about drug users there.

Even in America most people dont go to prison for smoking a joint. The majority goes to prison for SELLING drugs.


Give us the numbers how many percent of drug dealers are white and how many percent are black. Then we can talk.

They do get caught 5 to 6 chances(slaps on the wrist)but are given probation each time too thanks to(all white jury, judge, prosecuter) while blacks don't pass go and go directly to jail. This is why there's so much dysfunction in POOR BLACK communities,
