did you consider its because whites dont get caught?!
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 23635487 They do get caught 5 to 6 chances(slaps on the wrist)but are given probation each time too thanks to(all white jury, judge, prosecuter) while blacks don't pass go and go directly to jail. This is why there's so much dysfunction in POOR BLACK communities, If you take out the HEAD OF THE FAMILY(THE FATHER/Discipline) you going to have chaos 90% of the time because most women CAN'T RAISE BOYS INTO MEN, because many women yearn for the opposite of discipline which is social acceptance which in turns them into their children friends Not to blame women because women wasn't design to be the disciplinarying or be the head of the households.
