Hey OP, Thanks for starting this!!!..
I've been drinking distilled water for more than 18mo now,
and I just develop the beginnings of diabitis...
I learn that tracemimerals are instrumental for glocose, so
I do not know yet if I developed a deficiency in CHROMIUN that could trigger my situation,..
WHAT TRACE MINERAL do you take and why?????

Distilled water is merely the cleanser of the body. Diabetes is the result of clogged insulin producers. Distilled water will unclog those in a matter of months, when you are drinking a gallon a day. Whos says you have diabetes anyway? Are you sure they are not just detoxifying symptoms? Good advice until you lose access to fresh fruits and vegetables... then what??? That's a dark scenario.. Cattle are grown with veggies. So I guess that leaves starch or cannibalism. Or sun gazing. Or water fasting. I'd be fucked if I couldn't eat fruit and vegetables anymore.
