REASON

They Blacked out where the description of the arrest should be.

REASON: officer who arrested James holmes told exactly what happened.

Arrested him sitting in the car in the passenger seat.
Calmy sitting there and the car was locked!

That is why the windows were broken out on the passenger side. So drugged up he did not resist and did not know what was going on! Arresting officers boss had to black out the report because it could not happen that way.


That is also why "Location of Vehicle" IS recorded as "N/A."
