I move my doom whenever I hear about tomato plants.

I made a cart with automated mechanism hooked to noaa alert system.. if there severe weather warning my tomato plants roll under porch.

I got tired of moving them every week, sometimes three times a week. I tossed all seven of them in the yard waste bin early July. Now I'm kicking myself. Seattle area has actually had a summer this year. Plus Fukushima radiation... Think of how big the tomatoes would be by now.

My tomatoes are genetically modified, so they just walk in on their own. Then when the coast is clear, they go back outside... it's the darndest thing...LOL

couldn't hardly grow a thing here in nevada.....

weather is weird....but everyone knows that.

I take my tomato plant OUT at the threat of doom.

They just LOVE the DOOM my plants do.

They get cranky at me if I leave them inside when there is doom on.

They also read GLP with me..so they KNOW when its time to be let out.

Every time. I dig them out of my garden, and when doom averted, plant them again.

"Tomato plants" is my MK Ultra code phrase. When I hear or read that, I....well, I can't say in a public forum.

Mine are in a cart, it's a snap to bring them in. They are just like cats, anyway, always wanting to come in to see what happens in here.

They'll take my tomato plnts from my cold, dead hands.

I don't bring mine in all the time. If there is a forecast for 50% or higher chance of doom I play it safe and bring them in. Too much work to bring them in for every chance of a passing doom shower however. It has to look extra doomy outside for me to be concerned.

This. My old lady thought I was crazy for doing it, Now she knows I am.

I don't either.. right now anyway. Its almost winter time here.

OP, take care of your tomato plants -- even if you're not eating
from them at the moment. Mine are growing, but not flowering.

The plants from the summer are overgrown. But if and when I need
tomatoes, all I need to do is prune, fertilize and water the tomato
plants and I have a food source in just a few weeks.


If the tomatoes plants are grown from seed, depending on the
variety, you're looking at 60-90 days before you can get food
from them.


So yeah ... take care of your fucking tomato plants!

They may take care of you one day.
