[link to www.oregonlive.com] Well, supposedly that explains the smell over by portland, California sulfur stench is getting some light...but why is it creeping over by the Columbia in Portland, Vancouver? Mt Raineer has been more active the past week than all year, Mt St Helens has been saying hello, We have been on a fire alert for over a week, no rain in sight, (hasn't rained in 6 weeks or so) odd for portland/vancouver... live to serve; serve to live.

( maybe the aliens can bring some rain from mars when they come at the end of the month.) Probably right about chemical plants. Quoting: sleeping_panther So has there been a sulfer smell in Oregon? I hadn't heard anything about that. I mentioned to some people in OR that they should have a bag in case of earthquake. They basically laughed at me. I think they are only concerned with volcanoes due to St Helen's saying hello years ago.

Actually if you google sulfur portland, many people complain about their tap water smelling of it. As far as Or residents being concerned of quakes, the only places doing community action is the coastal cities. WSU did a comprensive study on the reprecussions of a quake in regards to ground liquification. I will try to produce a link for that pdf live to serve; serve to live.

I just learned a couple of years ago about the volcanoes in portland city limits. I grew up here, we were not informed of our impending DOOM IN the northwest .
