I found "baby wipes" to work real well at fixing the problem which is often some left over fecal matter causing it to inflame by rubbing it. Clean well with a baby wipe around the roid, and then tickel it with Prep-H.

What are you going to name it?

That's a supository. The bullet you stick up your ass. I'm talking about the cream. And they way i discribed fixed me right up and i haven't had trouble in years since then.

babywipes it very clean, make sure to move around it and clean out all debree particals, and then a heavy dose of the cream.

Trust me! You will thank me for this bit of advice.

you have to do permanent diet change...meat only once a day....vegetables like pumpkin,carrot,snake gourd,cucumber every meal.
no oil,fat,grease
no spices of any type
no fatty milk,yoghurt...if you want to make low fat milk...boil it,remove floating layer and drink it
no coffee,tea and definitely no alcohol
