I knew then, when there were discussing Mr. Gannon, that in reality, he may have been the mythical Santa Claus. |

It's basically saying you can't have free speech without the threat of imprisonment. The real pathetic joke in all this is these are the same Nazis that are trying "spread freedom" to other countries and they couldn't be more Stalinistic themselves. It's ridiculous. |

b User ID: 39730 United States 01/09/2006 06:32 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | HR 3402, would ban all online erotica. This is so, as some of the beings who perform these acts, have abnormally large phalluses. So in the very technical sence, people beings, would have to register their penises, at city hall, as they would now be termed as pomntially lethal; weapons, which in some circumstances, could possibly be used to assault the feminine gland? So there must be a government appointed pornography acceptance board, in order to determine what and what is not a penis threat to wimen, who fall under this statute? |
salimandr nli User ID: 8768 United States 01/09/2006 06:33 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | sad statistics...me thinks. odd that their first concern is lost productivity. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ SEC. 201. FINDINGS. Congress finds the following: (1) Nearly 1/3 of American women report physical or sexual abuse by a husband or boyfriend at some point in their lives. (2) According to the National Crime Victimization Survey, 248,000 Americans 12 years of age and older were raped or sexually assaulted in 2002. (3) Rape and sexual assault in the United States is estimated to cost $127,000,000,000 per year, including-- (A) lost productivity; (B) medical and mental health care; (C) police and fire services; (D) social services; (E) loss of and damage to property; and (F) reduced quality of life. (4) Nonreporting of sexual assault in rural areas is a particular problem because of the high rate of nonstranger sexual assault. (5) Geographic isolation often compounds the problems facing sexual assault victims. |
