I think what they mean is somebody got shot up so bad that his intestines were spilling out. No more than that.

not to mention a good portion of the victims were shot perfectly in the head...

a sharp knife and trained hand are the only pair that can complete this task...

I have thought this entire situation was strange from the get go. So many things just don't seem right.

they bring an ex special forces guy onto the show as well...

why would the officer report a fatality as a "evisceration" and not a four ten forty or whatever however they report a gunshot fatality...

Well if someone gets shot enough in the guts at close range it doesn't even look like a GSW it looks like they've been disemboweled.
Obviously they all knew it was done with guns but use the clinical term for disemboweled to highlight the extremity of it.

and if you check out the victims, some are the most unlikely people to be taken out in a "random" shooting like this...

a couple were grown men with military backgrounds that would have acted more quickly than most to a situation like this....

unless they heroically gave up their lives to protect others?
