Speed cameras being vandalized in Maryland. What will the police do?

The government controls the manufacture and safety standards for vehicles in the US.

If 'speeding' were against the law, or actually a danger, they would simply force manufactures to limit the speed and not leave it up to the driver.

These rules are for the profit of the Government, nothing more, nothing less.

People need to stop with the lie that this is about public safety, it is about GOVERNMENT PROFIT AND CONTROL.

Maryland has been a police state for quite some time. The prison system is the states major employer outside of the federal government in D.C.

WHEN I KNOW A CAMERA IS COMING UP I SPEED UP TO 60 AND DRIVE AT THE EDGE OF THE ROAD SO IT REGISTERS MY SPEED, BUT TAKES A PICTURE OF THE GUY IN FRONT OF ME WHO IS DRIVING THE SPEED LIMIT. AFTER MULTIPLE TIME OF DOING THIS, THEY REMOVE THE CAMERA.

Can't vandalize a camera that shouldn't be there in the first place. I mean, the only reason a person speeds is because he or she thinks it's "safe" to do so and probably won't get caught. Therefore having up a camera for the purpose of recording events while not being detected recording them is actually entrapment.

Some years ago, in St. Augustine, Florida, they tended to use the interstate and local traffic as a county piggy bank.

If you got a ticket and were smart, you hired a lawyer to go to court for you. When the judge called your case, your lawyer would stand up and introduce themselves. The judge would them call for the cop that wrote the ticket. In 100% of the cases I saw, the cop simply would not publically "show" and the charges were dismissed. No traffic school, no fines, no bullshit. I'm guessing the lawyer would have demanded a jury trial.

If you get a ticket, call the Bar Referal Service or look in the yellow pages for a lawyer that specializes in this kind of thing. It would not surprise me if this was a widespread practice. We are, after all, talking about a seriously corrupt "government".
