Little girls were asked why they are happy to be female. Ones response was that being female is great because they get to tell everyone else what to do. She probable learned that by watching here mom. |

Quoting: SnakeAirlines So after the 5th time he asked for her license and registration, should he have simply kept on listening to her ramble? No he was supposed to follow her to her house,or a hotel so she could pee,and Then he can see her license and registration.. That's absurd! C'mon Brief... You know full well that cops are there to escort little old ladies to the bathroom... Then he'd be accused of being a voyeur and a pervert... I never forgive and I never forget I am a licensed firearm holder. I will, under protection of law, use lethal force if attacked. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 3499636 If someone is so foolish to dare a cop to arrest them, they will get what they asked for. Anyone can be arrested for probable cause and held for 72 hours legally. It isn't difficult to deal with most cops but one must follow the law in doing it. |

She was no threat and she told him her problem up front. I, myself, would try to follow orders more quickly, but I will not treat the officer as a god. Is there a law that someone can't talk/argue with a cop? Does our First Admentment stop while in a discussion with a cop? Does the cop just get to do whatever he wants if things don't happen on his time table? Cops are not perfect and citizens should have the right to protect themselves if they feel threatened. If you do not follow directions after repeatedly being ordered to do so and you are perfectly able they can make you do so. He didnt attack her so he didn't treat her like a threat. Id hate to know my tax dollars go to police standing for 4 hours waiting for each individual to follow directions because they are stubborn. |

She was rude and non compliant. The officer was relatively easy on her, tugging on her arm instead of just yanking her which he could have easily done then trying to hold her up. If she complied he may have just ran it and 5 minutes later said be on your way ma'am. |

Nah, I'll pass...are there too many retarded laws? sure, but basic traffic laws are not... If you can't drive within the law then your license should be revoked...if you resist arrest you should be shot.
