Ok, so you're a super-intelligent being in control of a computer that can do just about anything with the solar system. You even have it rigged so that you can quantum teleport between two versions of Earth. A simple matter of inversion of matter.

How do you explain to those who live in the mirror version that they are a physical hologram of your solid-state existence?

Looks like it, yet we await another one? Which will be missing the sea? Hmmmmmmm...

What if the New Heaven and New Earth, were the very first ones...

So, I don't want to clutter up Earth's suicide thread too much, although only Earth could commit murder in the name of light, end up shooting itself and survive only to burn, but here's something else to think about.

You know Job's wife? Complaining Beatrice who didn't just make it clear that she was a gold-digger, but also told him to curse God because he didn't have any more stuff to give her?

She doesn't show up at the end. She isn't mentioned at all.

How could that be? You say. After all it says he got blessed double, more sons and daughters etc. And if you think 'acquaintance' is a good descriptor for 'wife', maybe there's no mystery. But look how it says God fixed Job's life.

Job 42:10 And the LORD turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the LORD gave Job twice as much as he had before.
Job 42:11 Then came there unto him all his brethren, and all his sisters, and all they that had been of his acquaintance before, and did eat bread with him in his house: and they bemoaned him, and comforted him over all the evil that the LORD had brought upon him: every man also gave him a piece of money, and every one an earring of gold.





God turned his 'captivity'. Job, who has a wall on every side, that was allowed to come down. And after it turns, everyone comes to him.
Now a Dyson Shell has no daylight period, unless you build it that way. But Earth does, the one that fears being burnt up by a big fire in the heavens. The Sun. The thing that makes you think Earth turns, and most people sleep by.

Turning a quantum linked Dyson Shell would be an effective movement of time in the mirroring reality. And would indeed bring something back to you.

Saturn was the original mark for this project, may still be in the future. In the book 2001 anyway, Saturn is the destination, then strangely, they changed the mark to Jupiter for the 2010 book/movie.

They used the excuse "easier to do Jupiter in movies"...but that seems to be a lame excuse.
