Are white Draco's the highest reptilian being? Or is there a higher group.
Quoting: *Spaze*Man* White Draconians are the highest. Though, being one, I do not feel superior to my brown or green colored brothers. I was born into a family of green-scaled ones. There is not one single entity guiding them all? Goodness, no. We may have a hive mind, but behind that we all have separate beliefs and personalities, just like you do. Besides, not all can be guided, just as the president cannot guide an entire country.
