Thanks for putting this thread together.
For as long as I can remember, I have had the feeling of being followed. Or more like watched. I often thought it was some kind of guardian.
Do you know any details about my description of a guardian?
What is the purpose of following? Who is it? Can I communicate directly with him/her? Any details would be appreciated.

I have worked on meditation and the slight ability to know things. Hard to explain but sometimes I just know. But have not learned how to control it. Or how to tap into it intentionally. I feel strange talking to you about it but it feels right. I would like to learn how to communicate myself. Any way you can get her in touch with me at another level. I guess is there any way to make communication more obvious? I guess that would fall under "when you learn the skill". Until then I guess I might be open to talking to you about that connection. Any suggestions?. Going to sleep soon. I will focus tonight on communication during my meditation before I sleep. If you respond tonight I may not reply until tomorrow afternoon. Thank you
