I respect free speech, but YouTube is NOT free speech. YouTube (Google) has the right to do AnYtHiNg they want. They are a private business.

Now, how they should respond to a presidential request? That's really the question / problem. It is a capitalistic country so it comes down to what is in the best interest of Google?

Does it impact Google more negatively leaving it up or taking it down? Since it is having negative impact globally, probably not good for the country, but good for Google? Probably not since if the overall issue impacts the economy it impacts Google.

Seriously there has been put downs, jokes about every single religion, human trait, interst et throughout history. If islam is seriously so upset about this they are happy to kill people - why on earth would you allow them one single step further into societys beyond their own?

The Innocence of Muslims is a great movie! I loved every second of it. It shows Muslims and Islam for what they really are. The video starts out with Muslims killing, burning, and pillaging. So what do the real-life Muslims do? Kill, burn, and pillage. So true that life imitates art. There's no such thing as a peaceful Muslim no matter what any of them say. Lying to the "infidels" is an acceptable and encouraged part of Islam, part of Jihad. Go and watch the full-length films What The West Should Know and The Third Jihad. Watch these films and spread the word to everyone you know. Wake up America before it's too late.

Their belief system doesn't believe in religious freedom for anyone else so in reality it is against The United States Constitution for them to even be in our country. Why do we welcome them with open arms like morons? "Come on over and build another mosque." How many churches are in Saudi Arabia? "Zero." How many mosques should be in America? "Zero." If you want to be a Muslim then move to a Muslim country and get the hell out of here. This is not hate or hate speech. This is self-preservation and common sense. These green on blue killings going on over in Afghanistan make me sick. All we are doing is funding and training the enemy. This slime cannot be civilized or trained any more then a monkey can be trained to be a soldier. All they do is shoot our brave service members in the back, like the cowardly pigs Muslims are.

Wake up America there is no such thing as a peaceful Muslim and our government needs to stop kowtowing and walking on egg shells to appease and accommodate these pieces of shit. Google has more courage then our government. It's disgusting that the Obama administration would even ask them to take the video down. Stop catering to this slime. Stop giving Muslim countries aid. The middle and lower classes are tired of breaking our backs over here so our tax dollars can be donated to support the quality of life in Muslim countries. The Muslims will take our money because our government is stupid enough to give it to them, but they really don't want our help or our aid. Bring our troops home! Close these embassies. How about creating some jobs and strengthening our own country and enriching our own people for a change? Tear down every single mosque and round up and deport every single Muslim from our country. Should the video be taken down, you ask?

Are Americans happy to keep seeing their Ambassadors dragged out of U.S embassies around the world and murdered?

If so, then keep the video up and don't take it down.

If not, then take the video down.

It's really that simple.


I think that violence is the wrong way to respond to a video, however offensive it is, but these people who are rioting are clearly upset and are venting through violence.

The only way to calm their nerves is to take the video down. I think it's worth it in the bigger picture when you consider the safety of the diplomatic personnel overseas dealing with angry mobs brandishing grenades, molotov cocktails and semi-automatic weapons.

Kinda surprised that youtube didn't take it down.

Good for them though for supporting freedom of expression.
