to feel happy you not only need a roof over your head and food on your plate (try to stop shopping shortly after that, your time on earth is limited and it shouldn't be all spent at Walmart), you also need human connections. This means everything from friendship to romance to parenthood to volunteering. You don't have to do all of these but if you don't have ANY of these? Yeah you're gonna be depressed
