I have a hard time understanding why any person would join the military.
They are used as cannon fodder, more kill themselves than are killed by the "enemy".
Then, they get no medical care.
My Uncle is a vet, his shoulder cuffs are completely gone, but since he can still move his arms, no surgery. They pump him full of meds every day. He is in extreme pain.
He once had a heart attack and went to the VA, they sent him home. He went to another hospital and was admitted for a heart attack.
They called him in, smiling, asking him if he was going to sue them.
He said, no, he just wanted them to pay the bill from the other hospital, which they did.
They smiled and said, good, because you don't have enough money to sue us.
Evil bastards.
