Then there is copyright registration with the Library of Congress.

There there is publishing.

It could well be said that this blurb, with copyright, has been published this day on GLP.

I'm a musician and have a couple of songs to share on GLP.

My AC number continually changes.
And my registered number has been blocked... the reason given was that someone in a larger block of those served by the IP was mounting incursions into the inner workings of GLP and they couldn't pinpoint... so my number was swept into the overall process of blocking.

Anyway, maybe look for a couple tunes posted.
