Or is it just testing the Midwest and "areas" not as well known or publicized? In other words, instead of going after L.A., New York etc...we try to instill fear into the "other" communities?

I can't help it that you hate human beings. America was built by immigrants including Muslims. Do you not know the history of your own country? There have been Muslims in the United States since before my people got here from Ireland in 1856. I pity you for hating your fellow Americans. LSU Police Capt. Corey Lalonde said officers arrested William Bouvay Jr., 42, of Baton Rouge late Tuesday night after an investigation by multiple law enforcement agencies.

Lalonde said Bouvay was not an LSU student and appeared to have no connection to the campus. He did not know what the suspect's motive might have been.

Investigators don't think Bouvay is connected to threats made last week at North Dakota State and other campuses in Texas and Ohio.

ND chancellor tells college not to house foreign workers

BISMARCK — The new chancellor of North Dakota's university system has ordered Williston State College to stop housing foreign workers at the school as part of a program meant to fill temporary jobs.

The students paid about $100 per week to live in a temporary housing facility on campus and had access to the college's food service and recreational facilities. The students were given one hour of college credit for working but never had to attend regular classes at the school, Nadolny said.

More than 100,000 foreign college students come to the U.S. each year on under the so-called J-1 visa program, which is designed to allow foreign students to fill seasonal or temporary jobs such as in ski- or beach resort towns.
