Unsolved lol? Look up the promo for the video game on youtube, watch the video someone posted completely debunking it. Or simply ask yourself why a chinese video surveillance camera uses english for it's display and then compare it to any other chinese camera you can find.

What happened was that the VIDEO came first, and after it was known the governments quickly made a COVER STORY by getting that game created, and used the game as an excuse and "background story" for the video itself.

That person is obviously illuminated by the STREET LAMPS which are NOT moving so everything is consistent exactly as it should.

As noted several times, the game came AFTER the video appeared, and the game was designed around the video to discredit the actual authentic footage, put into production by the governments to cover up what is really going on.
