Can I ask you a question? North Korea has had nukes for 15 years. Why haven't they hit us with one?

Answer: Because ANY nation suicidal enough to use a nuke against the U.S. would be obliterated. And they know it. The first and foremost concern of ANY government --democracy, dictatorship, whatever -- is self preservation. To do something so stupid would be the end of everything for them. A government's MAIN concern is keeping power. The quickest way for that to abruptly cease would be to nuke the U.S.

Remember, we have ICBMs based in the States; theater nukes in several of our allies' countries, and nuclear weapons on our stealthy submarines that can launch from anywhere on earth.
