In reference to Israel You should keep reading. God divorced Israel. They are no longer special. He has only reserved 144,000 of them. The rest will die. The jewish people lost their place because of unbelief and now the Christians are the inheritors of the blessings. The current state of Israel is an affront to God. The observant jewish people know this. They say it all the time.
